
Frameline rolled out the full program for the 48th San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival (Frameline48) screening from June 19–29 in theaters across the San Francisco Bay Area.

The 21st annual Big Sky Documentary Film Festival returns February 16-25, 2024 in Missoula, Montana featuring over 150 nonfiction films, and a virtual program streaming online February 19-29.

Raging Grace directed by Paris Zarcilla is the winner of the Grand Jury Award in the Narrative Feature Competition at the 30th SXSW Film & TV Festival. The jury commented, “The story of a Filipina house cleaner and her young daughter confronting Britain’s racial and class divides, Raging Grace is both frank and elusive, a film that subverts expectations on its way to a stirring conclusion.”

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, directed and co-written by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley will open the 30th edition of the SXSW Film & TV Festival taking place March 10-19, 2023. In the film a charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers embark on an epic quest to retrieve a lost relic, but things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people. The movie brings the rich world and playful spirit of the legendary roleplaying game to the big screen in a hilarious and action-packed adventure starring Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Justice Smith, Sophia Lillis, Chloe Coleman, Daisy Head, and Hugh Grant.
