VERY RALPH, the first documentary portrait of fashion icon Ralph Lauren, debuts TUESDAY, NOV. 12, exclusively on HBO. The feature-length film reveals the man behind the icon and the creation of one of the most successful brands in fashion history. VERY RALPH is directed and produced by award-winning documentarian Susan Lacy (HBO’s “Jane Fonda in Five Acts,” “Spielberg“).

The spy thriller ECCO – the feature debut of writer-director Ben Medina – is described as a thriller in the tradition of Drive, Hanna, and Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. The film starring Lathrop Walker (Leverage), Tabitha Bastien (The Wonderland Murders), Helena Grace Donald (Hellraiser: Judgment), and Michael Winters (Gilmore Girls, NYPD Blue), will open nationwide on August 9th.

Showtime will premiere the new documentary SID & JUDY from director Stephen Kijak (WE ARE X) on Friday, October 18 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Long Gone By, starring Erica Muñoz who is also the associate producer, and directed by Andrew Morgan will premiere at HBO’s New York Latino Film Festival on Saturday August 17, 2019 at 2pm at AMC Times Square.

Dark Star Pictures acquired the action thriller The Prey that has excited audiences and critics at festivals including: Busan International Film Festival 2018, BFI London Film Festival 2018, Hawaii Film Festival 2018, Night Visions, and most recently Fantasia Film Festival 2019. The company is planning an October theatrical release followed by VOD and DVD release.

Radioactive, the Marie and Pierre Curie biopic directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Marjane Satrapi (Persepolis), will make its World Premiere as the Closing Night Gala Presentation of the 44th Toronto International Film Festival on September 14.
