The Nevada Film Critics Society announced its 2020 award winners for achievement in film with top honors for Best Film going to the revenge thriller Promising Young Woman. The film won a total of four awards including Best Actress: Carey Mulligan and Best Director and Best Originally Screenplay: Emerald Fennell.
Other winners include Best Documentary went to The Dissident; Riz Ahmed of Sound of Metal and Anthony Hopkins of The Father tied for Best Actor.
