For the first time in the history of the award, two films – Sean Baker’s Anora and Coralie Fargeat’s The Substance tied for the top prize of Best Film at the Online Association of Female Film Critics end of year 2024 awards.

The Substance also won Best Director along with Breakthrough Filmmaker for Coralie Fargeat, Best Female Lead for Demi Moore, Best Supporting Female Margaret Qualley and the “Rosie” Award.

Anora also received Breakthrough Performance for Mikey Madison.

Other performance awards went to Colman Domingo for Best Male Lead for Sing Sing; and Best Supporting Male went to Kieran Culkin for A Real Pain.

Film honors went to No Other Land for Best Documentary, Flow won Best Animated Feature, and All We Imagine As Light won Best International Feature.
