‘Sinners’ Leads Nominations for 31st Critics Choice Awards

Sinners leads the film contenders for the 31st annual Critics Choice Awards with 17 nominations including for Best Picture.

Michael B. Jordan, Wunmi Mosaku, and Miles Caton are up for Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Young Actor / Actress respectively; and Ryan Coogler received nominations for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay,

One Battle After Another followed closely behind Sinners with 14 nominations including for Best Picture.

Also nominated for Best Picture are Bugonia, Frankenstein, Hamnet, Jay Kelly, Marty Supreme, Sentimental Value, Train Dreams and Wicked: For Good.

The winners will be revealed at the Critics Choice Awards gala hosted by Chelsea Handler, which will broadcast LIVE on E! and USA Network on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 7:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
