A24 revealed the full official trailer for You Can See Everything, an intimate documentary featuring disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes just days before reporting to prison.
Directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, the 174-minute documentary features Holmes alongside Fielder and her partner, William “Billy” Evans.
The full trailer offers a closer look at the unusual access Fielder and Oppenheim gained while filming Holmes and her family, while raising questions about where documentary observation ends and performance begins.
The film made its world premiere at the 2026 Telluride Film Festival and will be featured in the Spotlight section of the 64th New York Film Festival, with Fielder and Oppenheim scheduled to attend. A24 will release You Can See Everything in U.S. theaters on October 16, 2026.
According to A24’s official synopsis, “Thirty-four days before she’s sent to prison, notorious Silicon Valley founder Elizabeth Holmes invites a skeptical film crew to document her every move. What begins as an intimate portrait of an enigmatic felon becomes a mind-bending three-year journey into the abyss. From boundary-pushing directors Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim comes You Can See Everything.”
In her review for RogerEbert.com, Tomris Laffly wrote that the film is, “A triumphant, riveting, and continually shape-shifting piece of creative non-fiction with curiosity and a playful sense of uncomfortable humor that will be no surprise to anyone familiar with Fielder’s work, it’s the kind of documentary that is persistently inquisitive and skeptical: both about its alarmingly wide-eyed subject who often refuses to blink, and the process of documentary filmmaking itself.”
