Dark Sky Films released the trailer for Luz: The Flower Evil, directed and written by Juan Diego Escobar Alzate, that will be available via Digital + VOD on September 15th. Described as equally mystical and terrifying, Luz: The Flower Evil is a fantasy folk horror film where tranquility belies a simmering evil.
From director James Di Martino, the Australian horror film The Faceless Man, featuring Wolf Creek’s Andy McPhee, Roger Ward (Mad Max), Lucas Pittaway (Snowtown) and Sophie Thurling (“Counter Play”), arrives in America this summer.

Lionsgate will release the upcoming horror film Antebellum, starring Janelle Monáe and written and directed by the advocacy filmmakers Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz, as a Premium On-Demand release, debuting on all platforms on September 18. The film will be released theatrically in select international markets.
Jordan Graham’s haunting feature Sator has been acquired by 1091 Pictures for North American release. The film, hailed as “strikingly atmospheric” by Variety, premiered at the 2019 Fantasia International Film Festival and went on to have celebrated screenings at Telluride Horror Show and the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival before being brought to the Marche Du Film Online by arthouse genre film sales outfit Yellow Veil Pictures.
