The Austin-based 2022 Cine Las Americas International Film Festival (CLAIFF) taking place June 8-12, announced the lineup of films and videos from Latin America (North, Central, South America, and the Caribbean) and the Iberian Peninsula, for the hybrid edition, featuring a big return to in-theater screenings after a two-year pause.
The 46th annual Atlanta Film Festival + Creative Conference (ATLFF) taking place Thursday, April 21 through Sunday, May 1, 2022 at multiple venues in Atlanta and virtually revealed the lineup highlighted by the Opening Night presentation of “892” and Closing Night film “Mija”.
Following an all-virtual event last year, the 48th Seattle International Film Festival will return April 14–24, 2022 with a hybrid event that includes both in-person and virtual screenings. The 11-day festival will present the best in international and independent films from around the globe – with screenings at SIFF theaters and venues throughout the city as well as virtually on the SIFF Channel.
Woodstock Film Festival (WFF) announced the full lineup of 45 feature films and 85 shorts for its 22nd Anniversary, taking place September 29 – October 3, 2021 at indoor and outdoor venues in the Hudson Valley towns of Woodstock, Kingston and Saugerties, and online.
Under the theme “See The World From Where You Are,” the Ashland Independent Film Festival presents 14 films from 15 countries for the 32nd annual World Film Week(s). The event will run virtually September 17-30, with a special outdoor screening of the documentary Torn at Lithia Park on September 18.
The Human Rights Watch Film Festival, now in its 32nd year, unveiled the lineup for its second full digital edition, available nationwide in the U.S. from May 19 through 27, 2021. The film festival will feature in-depth online discussions with filmmakers, film participants and Human Rights Watch researchers and advocates.
