
Ira Sachs’ Peter Hujar’s Day starring Ben Whishaw and Rebecca Hall, leads the nominations for the 41st annual edition of the Film Independent Spirit Awards with five nominations including Best Feature.

The Chicago Film Critics Association (CFCA) announced the complete lineup, for the 12th annual Chicago Critics Film Festival, taking place May 2-8 at the city’s historic Music Box Theatre.

Come See Me in the Good Light, directed by Ryan White has won the Audience Choice Award for Best Film at the 49th Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF49). The Sundance Award-winning documentary captures poet Andrea Gibson as they navigate a terminal cancer diagnosis with their wife, fellow poet Megan Falley, by their side.

Anora and I Saw the TV Glow lead the nominations for the 40th Film Independent Spirit Awards with six each.
