Chicago African Diaspora International Film Festival opens with Ludi by Edson Jean.

“We’re particularly excited to be showing so many films from the American South this year,” said Clint Bowie, Artistic Director

Event films include Cinema Event featuring Director Paolo Sorrentino’s “The Hand of God.”

Opening night film is Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road, Brent Wilson’s (no relation) chronicle of the musician’s storied life and iconic work.

Attendees will enjoy a 30th anniversary screening of Thelma & Louise at the 2021 Bentonville Film Festival.

SXSW announced the lineup for the 28th edition of the SXSW Film Festival, closing with the Charli XCX documentary Alone Together.

Miami Film Festival 2021 will present more than 100 films, opening with World Premiere of Edson Jean’s Ludi.
