Director Rod Lurie heads back to the battlefield with Lucky Strike, a tense World War II survival thriller inspired by true events, starring Scott Eastwood.
The story takes place in the frozen chaos of the Battle of the Bulge, following a wounded American soldier stranded behind enemy lines with nothing but his instincts, military training, and a revolutionary field radio to keep him alive.
The film reunites director Rod Lurie, producer Marc Frydman, and star and producer Scott Eastwood following The Outpost, and also stars Colin Hanks, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, and Taylor John Smith.
Roadside Attractions and Saban Films will release Lucky Strike nationwide in theaters on June 26, 2026

Inspired by true events, Lucky Strike tells the story of one soldier trapped behind enemy lines during the last major German offensive during WWII, what will become known as The Battle of the Bulge. Armed only with his Motorola SCR-300 radio, a new technology only battle-ready near the end of the war, he must use his wits and spy craft to thwart the advancing Nazi Panzer army and find his way back home.
