The film stars Barker, along with people close to him, including collaborators, family members, and figures from the music industry. The documentary looks at Barker’s rise as a drummer, his work with Blink-182, and the personal experiences that followed his survival of a 2008 plane crash.
The film had its world premiere at the 2026 Tribeca Festival as part of the festival’s Spotlight Documentary program and is now streaming on Hulu and on Disney +.

Speaking about the documentary, Barker described it as “an unfiltered look at my journey after a life-changing experience” and said the film also highlights the people in his life who helped him through that experience. Barker also explained that the documentary had been in development for more than 10 years before reaching its final form.
