Helper Arts, Music and Film Festival has been an annual event, and the only event of its kind, in Carbon County for the last 20 years. As the community’s premier event, the festival brings together our city, town and region for an exciting and unique art experience that has also served as a catalyst for reviving the once struggling town of Helper. The festival is attended by thousands from Utah and the surrounding Western states, a popular destination of gathering family and friends.
