Filmmaker Mark Polish’s Murmur, an edge-of-your-seat techno-thriller, will open the 7th annual edition of MidWest WeirdFest on Friday March 3. He will also partake in a Q&A following the film’s screening.

7th MidWest WeirdFest, taking place March 3-5, 2023 at the Micon Downtown Cinema in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, announced its first programming wave “of all things fantastic, frightening, paranormal, and just plain weird” for 2023.

Set to take place December 1 to 18, 2022, the 19th edition of San Francisco’s Another Hole in the Head Film Festival will showcase 30 features and 200+ short films in the realms of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and assorted other genre fare.
