The Richmond International Film Festival (RIFF), brings more than 135 award-winning film premieres from 20 countries, plus panels, 35+ bands, mixers, and daily events at venues across Richmond, Virginia. The festival kicks off Tuesday, April 21st and concludes Sunday, April 26th.
The Burnt Orange Heresy, the fifth screen adaptation of the works of late Miami noir novelist Charles Willeford, starring Mick Jagger, Donald Sutherland, Elizabeth Debicki and Claes Bang, will open the 37th edition of Miami Dade College (MDC)’s acclaimed Miami Film Festival, on Friday, March 6 at downtown Miami’s historic Olympia Theater.
Just Mercy directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and starring Academy Award® winner Jamie Foxx, Michael B. Jordan, Academy Award® winner Brie Larson, Tim Blake Nelson, Rob Morgan and Karan Kendrick is the winner of the Overall Audience Award at the Mill Valley Film Festival 2019.
