
Principal photography has officially wrapped on Cabbage, a horror film written and directed by Nathan Catucci.
Starring in the film are Alicia Witt (Longlegs), Matthew Eby in his feature film debut (The Penguin), T.R. Knight (Grey’s Anatomy), Tammy Blanchard (Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows), and Laila Robins (The Boys).
The film follows a young boy, in the aftermath of the sudden loss of his father, whose relationship with his mother slowly disintegrates after he begins to suspect she is possessed by a malevolent force.
Production shot on location in Chester and Yonkers, New York, captured on Kodak 16mm film with camera package provided by Arri Rental in New York.
Cabbage is produced by Dorottya Mathe, Alex Peace-Power, Nathan Catucci, and Alicia Witt in association with AMedia and executive producers Mercer Boffey and Graham Smith, and executive producers Edgar Coons and Eddy Ricci Jr. Director of Photography is Kenneth Keeler, Production Designer is James Bartol, Costume Designer is Laura McGrath, Casting by Matthew Messinger, Legal is Emerson Bruns, founding partner of Bruns Brennan Berry Pikulin & Jacobs PC, and Paul Steiner is Co-Producer.
Cabbage enters post-production, eying a festival run and theatrical release.
